Some of my castings.

This is my first brass casting. I took a small brush and painted the letters and hearts with joint compound for a smooth finish. The play sand was sifted through fabric.

Mounted on a block of mahogany, still needs a little more finishing.

Pouring molten brass for the tavern plaque. This casting turned out too thick. After watching the video a few times I spotted the problem. When you compare the first and last frames you can see that the whole sand bed rose up a bit.

A customer asked if I could make a replacement lead keel for his model sailboat. The model came from a company in England years ago and was no longer in business. He emailed the CAD file and I did the rest.

This will be a brass plaque of the building itself. I used this blueprint from 1927.

The machine cutting out the building.

This will be a brass door knocker to match the family gargoyle.
The knocker will be a brass chain hanging from it's mouth.
