What the heck! Can't blame the machine, I set the fence wrong. Go back and make another one.

I made a plaster mold instead of trying to lost foam it. I wasn't sure if the low temperature of lead would burn out all the foam. Also didn't want to contaminate my sand with lead.
You can see the copper shim stock that was rolled hollow to 1/8 diameter. That's there to help drill a hole afterwards.

Quick and dirty oven to slowly heat the mold to 600 degrees.

Look at that lead just sneaking out the parting line of the mold. The good thing was it sealed the parting line, melted some more lead and filled it up.
